What is Syitren’s Shipping Policy?
Syitren offers free standard ground shipping on all orders delivered within the Continental United States.
Orders shipped to Canada will follow standard carrier rates and may include additional customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by the carrier.
Please note:
Shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international destinations.
Orders placed with these addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only, and does not include expedited delivery.
Offer is valid for new purchases only and may be updated without prior notice.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
How Are Orders Shipped?
All orders are shipped via major ground carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Carrier selection will be based on the most efficient option available at the time of shipment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific carrier requests.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes. We currently offer an optional 2-Day Shipping service provided by FedEx for an additional cost.
This service aims to deliver within two business days after processing.
Please note:
- Order processing typically takes 1–3 business daysbefore shipment.
- Delivery times are estimatesand not guaranteed.
- No refunds will be issued for carrier delays or unforeseen transit issues.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, followed by 3–8 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier, service level, and destination.
We cannot control delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other external factors.
Can I Cancel or Change My Order After It’s Placed?
We begin processing your order as soon as it’s submitted to ensure timely delivery.
Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes, including address updates or cancellations.
