At Syitren, we want every listening experience to feel right.
If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- In unusedand original condition
- With all accessories, manuals, and protective materialsincluded
- In the original packaging(including inner cartons and foam inserts)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or refunded with a partial deduction.
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact our support team at:

- A return authorization number
- A prepaid return label (shipping cost will be deducted if the return is for personal reasons)
- Instructions for packing and sending the item back safely
⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns for Personal Reasons
(“Changed my mind”, “No longer needed”, “Don’t like the color”, etc.)
We understand — preferences change.
We will still accept returns within the 30-day window.
However, the following costs will be deducted from your refund:
- Outbound shipping cost (from Syitren → you)
- Return shipping cost (from you → Syitren)
These fees vary depending on product size and carrier rates.
Items Purchased from Other Retailers
If the product was purchased through Amazon, or any third-party retailer, please contact them directly for returns.
We can only process returns for items purchased from Syitren.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective unit
- The wrong item
Contact us right away with photos or a short video.
Once confirmed, we will provide:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
Syitren will cover all shipping costs for valid defective/incorrect-item claims.
Exchanges
To get a replacement quickly, we recommend:
- Starting a return for the unwanted item
- Placing a new order for the item you prefer
Your refund will be processed once the returned product is inspected.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and evaluated.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business daysfor Syitren to inspect the item
- 5–10 business daysfor your bank or card provider to process the refund
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a Syitren error.
