Why is there no sound?

Some models of Syitren CD players do not have built-in speakers. Please ensure external speakers or headphones are connected. If using Bluetooth, confirm successful pairing.

Ensure the Bluetooth speaker is powered on, in pairing mode, and not connected to another device.

Press the “Previous Track” button twice quickly to skip to the previous track.

Please use the original Syitren orange charging cable. Third-party cables may not be compatible.

Check that the disc format is supported (CD, CD-R, CD-RW) and that the disc is clean and not scratched.

Ensure the belt is installed correctly, audio cables are connected if required, and the tonearm is positioned over the record.

Ensure the stylus protector is removed, the cartridge is firmly installed, and speakers/amplifiers are connected and turned up.

Clean the stylus, ensure the surface is level, and check record condition.

Depending on model: RCA speakers, Bluetooth speakers (on BT-enabled models), or powered speakers via amplifier.

Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–8 business days for delivery.
