WARRANTY
Warranty
Syitren stands behind the quality of its products.
We offer a one (1)-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
Warranty Validity
This warranty applies only to Syitren-branded products purchased through Syitren.com, and is valid when the product is:
- Used according to the instructions and intended purpose
- Installed and handled properly
- Operated under the environmental and electrical conditions described in the product documentation
- Maintained in accordance with Syitren’s guidelines (where applicable)
Conditions of Use
This warranty remains valid only when:
- The product is used and stored under normal, recommended conditions
- Any setup or installation follows Syitren instructions
- No unauthorized repairs, modifications, or attempts to open internal components are made
- Firmware or software (if applicable) is updated only through Syitren-provided channels
- The product has not been exposed to abnormal mechanical, chemical, or electrical stress
Any unauthorized service, repair, or modification will void this warranty immediately.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, drops, or improper handling
- Incorrect installation or operation that does not follow instructions
- Power surges, unstable voltage, or use with incompatible power sources
- Exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or improper storage
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes or aging of materials
- Consumable or replaceable components
- Software issues such as bugs, viruses, or third-party applications
- Damage caused during shipment not reported upon arrival
- Any transportation, removal, or reinstallation costs
This warranty also does not apply if the product serial number or labels have been removed or tampered with.
The warranty period does not restart after a repair or replacement.
Making a Warranty Claim
To help us support you efficiently, please follow the steps below:
Upon delivery
- Inspect the package and product within three (3) daysof receipt
- Report visible shipping damage immediately, including photos
- If shipping damage is present, the claim must be documented with the carrier
For functional issues (non-visible defects)
- Notify Syitren within three (3) business daysof discovering the issue
- Our support team may request photos, videos, or troubleshooting steps
- Once the issue is confirmed as a warranty-covered defect, Syitren may:
- Repair the product,
- Replace it with a functionally equivalent item, or
- Offer a partial refund or price adjustment
Legal Notice
This warranty does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Warranty service is provided in accordance with Syitren’s Terms & Conditions.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the United States, excluding the UN CISG Convention.
All disputes relating to this warranty will be handled under U.S. jurisdiction.
